A New Compact Split Ring Resonator Based Double Inverse Epsilon Shaped Metamaterial for Triple Band Satellite and Radar Communication

This study presents a double-inverse-epsilon-shaped, triple-band epsilon-negative (ENG) metamaterial with two split ring resonators (SRRs). The proposed unit cell comprises single slit SRRs inverse-epsilon-shaped metal bits. Rogers RT6002, of dimension 10 × 1.524 mm3, is used as substrate. An electromagnetic simulator CST microwave studio to investigate the effective medium parameters material. shows three resonance peaks that are demarcated at frequencies 2.38 GHz, 4.55 GHz and 9.42 consecutively. negative permittivity observed frequency ranges 2.39–2.62 4.55–4.80 9.42–10.25 GHz. goodness material was presented by ratio (EMR) 12.61. In addition, simulated results authenticated using different simulators such HFSS ADS for equivalent circuit model, which exhibits insignificant disparity. anticipated scheme finalised through some parametric analyses, together configuration optimisation, dimensions, several substrate materials, altered (EM) field transmissions. triple band (S-, C- X-bands) (ε) practically numerous wireless uses, instance, far distance radar communication, satellite communication bands communication.
